About Us

The Sobha Lake Gardens Bengali Cultural Association (SLGBCA) is a vibrant cultural community brought together by the Bengali families of Sobha Lake Gardens. We are dedicated to preserving our heritage, celebrating our traditions, and creating a welcoming space where everyone can feel at home.

Through the energy and commitment of our volunteers, we organise festivals, cultural programmes, and community gatherings that bring residents, friends, and families together. Our celebrations honour Bengali traditions while embracing the diversity, friendship, and togetherness that make our community special.

In the coming year, SLGBCA will celebrate Durga Puja, Saraswati Puja, and Rabindra Jayanti — commemorating the life and work of Rabindranath Tagore — at Sobha Lake Gardens.
